Goodhue Wrestling will kick off its season with the HS PAC (Parent-Athlete-Coach) Meeting and Elementary Registration Nights on Wednesday, November 12th.

5:30 – 7:30 = Elementary Registration

7:00 – 7:30 = Nutrition Seminar 

7:30 – 8:30 = HS PAC Meeting

2014-2015 Wrestling Registration

There will be a Nutrition Seminar for anyone interested – particularly for HS parents and wrestlers – that would like some basic information and straight-talk for supporting their nutritional needs as an athlete. Topics will cover high frequency questions and concerns such as basic nutrition concepts, what to eat, when to eat (training timing, # of meals, etc.), how to eat for weight management, and how to eat for weight gain. Other topics mentioned will be hydration and supplementation FAQ’s. Please consider attending if you are interested in hearing some thoughts on how to support your athlete’s nutritional profile as an athlete and lifter for maximal growth and recovery. I will be having a guest speaker to help facilitate some of these topics.

At 7:30, we will begin the HS PAC meeting to revisit yearly topics and reminders, as well as share new aspects of the program and season ahead.
